There used to be time when car meets were all about fun, making new friends and talking a load of rubbish all day - be it cars, football or other nonsense. Somewhere in the middle of all this we lost it all. We killed it with prizes, we killed it with "clubs" and "stands", we killed it with envy and jealousy. We killed it completely. It is time to go back to the basics. Today's "Cars and Coffee" was a proof that we've had enough, and we just want to go back to having fun.And
what an amazing turnout and excellent coffee morning it was! Well done to the Northern Irish car enthusiasts "Autolifers" for organizing the Cars and Coffee morning at the Bandridge outlet.

The French duo of Sebastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia were crowned the 2016 World Rally champions following yet another mind blowing performance at the Rally Racc Catalunya - Rally De España 2016. This was their fourth consecutive World Rally Championship title whilst driving for the the VW Motorsport team.

Global warming sucks, big time! What initially was intended to be the Round 2 of the 2016 FIA European Rally Championship (ERC), in fact had to be rescheduled as the penultimate round of the season due to the fact the winter was simply drunk! Snowflakes turned into the sandstorm and Rally Liepaja was more like Rally Acropolis instead.

On a sunny Sunday morning hundreds of petrolheads sneaked out of their beds early to give their babies a quick wash and take them out to play. No, I am not talking about real kids – I am talking about proper V12, V8, in-line 6 or 4, turbocharged, supercharged or naturally aspirated babies. Destination – Down Royal Racecourse.

Volkswagen's lead driver Sebastien Ogier ended his 6 event winless streak following a superior drive in the WRC ADAC Rallye Deutschland 2016. The frenchman hadn't been at the top of the podium for quite a while and was hungry for a victory in the Volkswagen's home country. Sebastien and his co-driver Julien Ingrassia dominated the rally from day 1, setting the pace for other drivers. With no road cleaning to do on the German asphalt, the French duo were unstoppable.
