Cultra Hillclimb 2011

TSCC Motoclub organized another "helluva" good event in the historical place of Ulster Transport Museum, where it all began on May 6th, 1905 at the Kennedy Family Estate (now Ulster Transport and Folk Museum). Cultra hill climb is the oldest hill climb event in world; therefore, attracting plenty of unique motors as well as spectators. Event "witnessed" 80 hill climb cars, 8 Demo cars, 9 Demo bikes and 6 course cars. Displays at the Manor, in the Town car Park and in the Paddocks added another 42 cars and bikes, making the grand total of 145 cars and bikes. How's that for a hill climb, eh?
Demo cars included vintage mirracles like 1927 Bugatti 35B, 1959 Jaguar Xk150 etc. Spectators were entertained by Andy Cooper in his EDC Championship drift Car Nissan S14 that managed to go sideways throughout the whole track and ex Moto GP driver Jeremy McWilliams demonstrated his skill on 2 wheels. Day started with an outstanding weather, which turned into a bit cloudy and grey day, nevertheless it was an awesome day. Thanks to all the organizers, TSCC Club and marshals for the superb event.
